As with many things in my life, I’m completely clueless when it comes to marketing and selling stuff. Of course, I wouldn’t mind earning a few bucks with posting porn pictures, but certain aggressive marketing methods are just in the worst of taste, if you know what I mean.
Let’s take this pretty girl, for instance. Aggressive marketing says: blonde big ass slut is going to receive monster dick and the facial of her lifetime. Barely legal.
Sure, I could do it this way.
But that’s just not my style. (But I think she has a nice ass, though.) Whoever is blowing, fucking, cumming here is getting our full attention. These people are risking their health for our entertainment, so it’s just fair to spend a little more time and look a bit closer to what they’re doing and ask why we love this so much. I still think that pleasure we’re aware of is double pleasure. I may be wrong, but that’s my kink.
Reading forums for adult webmasters is a strange experience sometimes. You can’t be sure if these guys are really knowing what they’re talking about. I mean: having 600+ followers with just 200 posts. That aren’t real followers, are they? Others are bragging about the heaps of money they make. With Tumblr, for instance. And every second posting in these forums is about: Watch out, Tumblr’s gonna kill your blog!
It seems that most of these forum entries act as a deterrent for other webmasters: better don’t start a blog at all. And if you do, follow these advices (which are usually nebulous). I may be wrong, but whenever such a blog is banned (10000 followers! Work of three months is gone!) – then the high figures are either a lie, or these guys were spamming.
You know, this is the blog that’s talking porn to you.
My sweetest bliss, my purest joy,
Just three seconds long.
When all gets one, my mind melts down,
And it’s pumping, pumping!
Pumping – till I’m empty.
Exhaustion, my subtle reminder of mortality.
Your tongue circling around me,
Girl, drive me crazy, don’t stop, don’t
Let me die. Continue reading
While most shots are only serving the viewer’s pleasure other shots are like a silent moment within the blazing directness of the pornographic act. A moment full of concentration. And others reveal an intensity in just one shot that can’t be found in the rest of the series. This happens often with blowjob shots; coincidence?
Mental Cinema: A short meditation about the Big Oh. La petite mort, as the orgasm is called in French, the ‘small death’ is still a challenge in porn pictorials. While the male orgasm is celebrated in the cumshot, the eternal ending of all porn pictorials featuring male performers, the female orgasm is implied a bit more subtle. The female orgasm is depicted by taking the ‘Big Oh’ literally, and it’s always happening long before the male orgasm. Let’s say this is stretching the truth a bit. I’m sure that at least my female followers will second this.
Q: Is there a meaning in porn?
A: Apart from that it’s an industry and that it wants to keep us hungry for even more porn? (laughs) That’s a difficult question. Does porn transform its viewers? It certainly has the potential to make you curious: I probably should try this, why not having sex with several people at once etc. Enjoying a porn magazine can be liberating or shocking, these effects are still present. But you probably know this old quote from Paracelsus…
Q: He said: “The dose makes the poison.”
A: Yes, that’s right. The industry wants to keep you hungry, to consume more porn. It’s a law of continuity, so to say. Porn doesn’t have a punch line (apart from the cumshot), so you’re indeed in danger to weaken these effects, relief and shock. And then you’re going for the harder stuff – until this is boring you, too. Continue reading
